So the rain gods, heard our call, and the Thames is pumping.

collecting air miles.

Sunbury again today. This place makes you fly....

(is it a bird, is it a plane, no it's Palm's new boy JB)

When the sun came out at Sunbury...

All last week we spent our time preparing boats and kit in preparation for a big weekend away creekin' in Wales. The weather men seemed to be smiling on us all week, with large amounts of rain due to fall. However 4 o'clock Friday the rain went away and we were sad :( But then saturday dawned bright and sunny with an early Hurley (on 2) before work!.

By the time we had draged our selfs back to the shop and made a cup of tea Hurley had gone to 4!!!! Chertsey poped to everything, Shepperton to 4 then 6 then 7, and then the holy grail awoke Sunbury was on!. After work, still with wet thermal from the morning paddle we hip'de'hopped are way down to sunbuy in jon's boogie bus. The wave was more of a hole but very very good. The next morning dawned frosty & bright, we all re-grouped. Look at the pictures they tell the story better than I can....

A dry day with Whetman...

With the promise of some rain I climed into the mitssi mobilty vehical and headed down south, for a paddle with Devon's finest creeker UGG!. The water was a nice level and the weather fair, We had a great time discussing high water lines and sheds. Also I had Pyranhas new M Ammo to put through it's paces. Very nice indeed, of to Wales this weekend for some more hard core testing...

Under the cover of darkness

So after work me and Pete decided to go kayaking, and yes it was very dark and very cold. We brought the camera with us to take some shots of us running a local weir. We got to the weir and as we expected it was pretty dry, we got the camera out and the photos we got were amazing.

As you can see, it was so dark the camera could'nt focus on the kayaker on the weir, so we got some sassy close up's instead.

They had a great time and its great to have them back.

Rumble in the Jungle

In September Mike went to Costa Rica with the 2 Bills, Norm & Mick. The paddling was so good that he didn't want to get out of his boat to take any photos, here's a few he did manage to get.
